Banksy on Advertising

I came across this here piece by Banksy and couldn’t resist sharing it, especially in the light of the Royal Institution’s infamous trademarking..

    Maybe the words aren’t Banksy’s, maybe they are. But who arranged them into the shape of the coca-cola bottle? Isn’t that the creative part of the art? I visited the ‘taking the piss’ link. Admittedly, I just skimmed through, but I thought the author was making a bit of a mountain out of things. Some of the quotes he claims have been swiped are fairly commonplace phrases.
