I wonder if anyone else has noticed the remarkable resemblance between genial Master astronomer Roger Delgado and villainous adversary of Doctor Who Martin Elvis? I wonder if, by any chance, they might be related?

    Best one yet; Roger Delgado said that a gentleman should never run (for a train or bus) and always be well turned out.
