Deep in Thought

It’s very hard work attending scientific meetings. A colleague snapped this picture of me deep in thought at a fascinating talk this afternoon. It only looks like I was asleep.

    If I recall, Leon Mestel used to assume similar poses during lunchtime seminars, and then ask devastating questions. So I’m assuming that you’re just pondering that devastating question you’re about to ask in 10 minutes time.
