It’s been a while, but here’s one for you.

Has anyone else noticed the remarkable resemblance between the well-known X-ray astronomer David Baddiel (formerly of Imperial College London and now at the Max Planck Institute in Munich) and the popular comedic entertainer and novelist Paul Nandra. I wonder if by any chance they might be related?

It has been brought to my attention that I haven’t done any of these for a while so I’ll attempt to re-start my series of Astronomy Look-alikes by pointing out that X-ray astronomer Martin Elvis bears a not inconsiderable likeness to former lead vocal artist of the popular beat combo Genesis, Peter Gabriel. I wonder if, by any chance, they might be related?

Last night I was watching a motion picture entitled The Exorcist III, with the alarming result that I now suspect that distinguished astronomer and occasional commenter on this blog, Prof.  Robert Kirshner,  may in fact be a supernatural serial killer from beyond the grave. No wonder he’s so interested in the dark side of the Universe…

I think Cambridge astrophysicist Mike Hobson bears more than a passing resemblance to  Norwich City  Coventry City Newcastle United Blackburn Rovers Liverpool West Ham United  Manchester City Cardiff City  Liverpool  striker Craig Bellamy. I wonder if, by any chance, they might be related?
